Zak Kalles has extensive experience in customer support and software testing, currently serving as Escalation Team Lead and previously as Customer Support Engineer 3 at TUNE since October 2013, where responsibilities included front-line support and escalation investigations for a SaaS platform. Prior to TUNE, Zak worked as a Testing Associate 2 at Microsoft, participating in the testing of both the Xbox 360 and the in-development Xbox One, while also gaining experience at Nintendo of America as a Project Engineering Associate focusing on hardware testing and team coordination. Earlier roles included testing software for games at Microsoft and data collection at SESRC. Zak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Washington State University.
