Gian Silvestre is a Business Analyst at Turing since September 2024, focusing on developing a Large Language Model for a major technology company utilizing Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback and machine learning techniques. Previously, Gian served as a Drone Pilot at SeeTree from March 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included collecting and analyzing data for the agriculture sector using drones and high-definition sensors, along with mission planning and equipment maintenance. From December 2016 to January 2021, Gian worked as a Fisiologista for Ferroviária Futebol S/A, managing load control, physical assessments, and recovery protocols for the professional men's soccer team and utilizing software such as Firstbeat, Playertek, and Polar Team Pro.
