Hamza Mohd. Zubair

Hamza Mohd. Zubair is an experienced data scientist currently working at Turing since August 2024, previously holding roles such as Lead Data Scientist and Senior Data Scientist at Cartesian Consulting from August 2018 to August 2024. Prior to that, Hamza worked as Team Lead - AI at Untrodden Labs, overseeing multiple teams in areas including NLP, Computer Vision, Game Engine, and Social Robotics, and as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer focused on developing a vision system for an AI product. Early career experience includes a role as a Cognitive Researcher at Nielsen NeuroFocus and as a Researcher at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Cognitive Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar, ongoing studies in Artificial Intelligence at Woolf, and additional education in Machine Learning/AI at the Indian Institute of Science. Hamza holds a Bachelor of Technology in Bioinformatics from Vellore Institute of Technology.
