Sami Turkoglu

Born in 1964 in Düzce, Sami Türkoğlu completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara. He graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1989 and completed his specialty training in SSK Ankara Training and Research Hospital in 1998 in the branch of Neurosurgery. He served as the Chief Physician of the SSK Specialized Hospital between May 2001 and May 2002, and the Chief Physician of the SSK Ankara Training and Research Hospital between May 2002 and May 2005. He served as Deputy General Manager of SSK Health Affairs between 2005-2007 and Deputy General Manager of Social Security Institution General Health Insurance between 2007-2009.
