Mehmet Ali Cer

Mehmet Ali Cer is an experienced technology executive, currently serving as both CIO and CTO at TEB since 2000. Prior roles include Software Development Manager at DemirBank from 1997 to 2000 and Senior Software Engineer at Metters Industries from 1995 to 1997. Earlier in their career, Mehmet Ali Cer worked as a Software Engineer at the Development Bank of Turkey from July 1990 to October 1992. Mehmet Ali Cer holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale (1993-1995), and an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from Hacettepe University (1985-1990).
