Faruk Arslan

Faruk Arslan is an experienced professional currently serving as a Technical Business Analyst and Product Owner at Turkcell Technology since November 2022, focusing on process improvement and solution development in response to customer needs. Previously, Faruk worked at Turkcell from June 2013 to November 2022 as a Senior Sourcing Management Specialist, overseeing supplier contracts and performance management, and as a Regional Operations and Deployment Engineer, managing the rollout of 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. Faruk's career began at İberkom Telecommunication as a Technical Engineer, followed by a role as a Project Engineer at Mekano Electronic. Faruk holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Doğuş University, a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Sakarya University, and is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems at Anadolu University. Faruk also has a High School Diploma in Science from Kütahya Anatolian Teacher Training High School.
