Juan Juarez

Juan Juarez currently serves as the Dean of Students at Turlock Unified School District, a position held since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Athletic Director and Men's Varsity Soccer Coach at Esparto High School from August 2018 to July 2024, and Community School Coordinator at Esparto Unified School District from June 2022 to July 2024. Juan has also worked as a High School Counselor at Pioneer High School and Vacaville Unified School District, and served as an Academic Counselor at Natomas Charter School. Additional experience includes coaching, detention work, and advising within educational and probation contexts. Juan holds a Master's degree in School Counseling from Sonoma State University and is currently pursuing an Administrative Credential from Sacramento County Office of Education. A Bachelor's degree in Sociology was earned from Sonoma State University.
