Esmeralda Garcia is a seasoned coach and facilitator with extensive experience in leadership development and team building. As the Founder and Director of Empowering Coaching since September 2017, Esmeralda has worked with a diverse clientele globally. Current positions include roles as a Consultant at Fugu specializing in leadership development, Leadership Coach for Roche Centroamérica y Caribe and Maersk Training, and Teambuilding-Retreat Facilitator for the United Nations ESCAP. Esmeralda's expertise also extends to consultancy roles at Deakin University and The Humanitarian Coaching Network, focusing on humanitarian leadership. Educational qualifications include multiple coaching certifications, a degree in Organizational Psychology, and training in international communication and humanitarian assistance.
