Michelle D. Wilson

Michelle D. Wilson joined Turtle Beach’s board of directors in May 2022. Ms. Wilson brings over 20 years of financial, investing and senior management experience, and currently serves as Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Isos Capital Management, an independent investment firm. She previously served as Co-Founder, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman of Isos Acquisition Corporation until its merger with Bowlero Corp. Previously, Ms. Wilson served as a private investor and in various roles for World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., including as Co-President, board member and Chief Revenue & Marketing Officer. Ms. Wilson held positions with the United States Tennis Association, the XFL, the National Basketball Association, RJR Nabisco and Johnson & Johnson. Ms. Wilson currently serves as a member of the board of Bowlero and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Connecticut. Ms. Wilson received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Wilson provides the board with business and financial planning expertise and extensive executive-level experience in marketing, strategy and operations across a variety of consumer brands and sectors.
