Jacobo Saldarriaga

Jacobo Saldarriaga is a Mechanical Engineer II at Tuuci since August 2023, specializing in product design and the optimization of production processes for premium outdoor products. Previously, Jacobo served as a Fire Protection Engineer at Polaris Fire Protection from June 2021 to July 2023. Prior to that role, Jacobo was a Research Assistant at the University of Miami Industrial Assessment Center from August 2016 to July 2021, conducting energy assessments for manufacturing companies across Florida and Puerto Rico, leading to substantial utility savings. Jacobo holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami, earned in 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2019. Early education was completed at The Columbus School, where a High School Diploma was obtained in 2015.
