Pirjo Siren

Pirjo Siren is a highly experienced director with a robust background in urban development and planning, currently serving as the Director of Tuusulan kunta since May 2023, leading the Growth and Environment sector. Previously, Pirjo held the position of Director at Sipoon kunta from December 2019 to April 2023, overseeing development and planning initiatives including land use, municipal policy, and corporate affairs. Prior to that, from September 2014 to November 2019, Pirjo directed area development in the City of Helsinki, focusing on significant urban projects. In earlier roles, Pirjo managed a team of over 40 professionals in the City of Espoo, specializing in street and water infrastructure planning. Pirjo holds a degree in Landscape Architecture from Teknillinen korkeakoulu, complemented by recent education from TalentMiles Oy.
