Sebastian Barber

Sebastian Barber is an experienced project manager with a strong background in IT project management and process improvement. Currently serving as a freelance project manager at TÜV SÜD since August 2023, Sebastian has been involved in enhancing payment processes and implementing customer portals. Previous experience includes a role as an IT Project Manager at UniCredit Services S.C.p.A., where Sebastian led the implementation of a central integrated procurement solution across multiple countries. Additional positions held include IT Program Manager at Knorr-Bremse Services GmbH, where Sebastian managed the conception and implementation of integrated IT systems, as well as roles at PENTASYS AG, ELAN-AUSY GmbH, and Reiser Simulation and Training GmbH. Sebastian holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Hochschule Landshut, complemented by a CAD Designer certification.
