David Watkins

David Watkins currently serves as Portfolio General Counsel at Twenty20 Capital and General Counsel at HCRG Care Group, where responsibilities include corporate governance and risk management in a highly regulated environment. Watkins is a board member and a member of the Executive Committee, overseeing various corporate functions, including legal, contracts, and information technology. Previously, Watkins held multiple legal roles at Virgin Care, contributing to its rebranding to HCRG Care Group following an acquisition. Earlier career experience includes legal advisement at HCA International Ltd and roles at Oury Clark and Pinsent Masons. David Watkins holds an L.L.B. (Hons) and Graduate Diploma in Law from The College of Law and a B.A. (Hons) in English Literature from Loughborough University.
