Kristjan Lepp

Kristjan Lepp is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in telecommunications and software engineering. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Twilio since September 2021, Kristjan leads development teams within the Messaging engineering unit, focusing on Supply products for global partnerships. Prior to Twilio, Kristjan held multiple leadership roles at Elisa Eesti AS from 2006 to 2021, including Head of Core and Fixed Networks, where responsibilities encompassed managing mobile and fixed core networks as well as TV solutions and access network development. Kristjan's earlier positions include roles at Radiolinja/Elisa and Radiolinja Eesti AS, with a strong foundation in mobile network management and engineering. Educational qualifications include an Executive education in Strategy Execution from London Business School, an MBA in International Business Administration from Estonian Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication from TalTech.
