Taylor Miller

Taylor Miller, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS, currently serves as the Manager of Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation at Tx Team Rehab since October 2024. Prior to this role, Taylor worked as a Physical Therapist at Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics from April 2021 to October 2024, specializing in the treatment of overhead athletes. Taylor also gained experience as a Physical Therapist and Sports Physical Therapy Resident at ATI Physical Therapy from June 2019 to April 2021. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Trine University (2016-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Trine University (2013-2017), with an earlier education at Concord High School (2009-2013).
