Courtney Shuster

Courtney Shuster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client engagement, product strategy, and digital product development. Currently serving as an Advisor, Client Engagement and Product Strategy at TXI since June 2018, Shuster has played a pivotal role in guiding clients on product strategy and development. As a Co-Founder of RocketSled, Shuster contributes to creating innovative digital products within a startup environment. Previous experience includes serving as Co-Founder and CEO of IRL Trivia, a mobile entertainment platform, and leading product and innovation efforts at Slalom. Shuster's career also features significant roles in mobile experience strategy at Manifest Digital and product marketing at Spire, along with a foundational position at Circles North America, where Shuster managed key product development initiatives. Shuster holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with a minor in French from Dartmouth College.
