Hultz Smith is an accomplished Principal Scientist and R&D Project Leader at Tyson Foods, with over 18 years of experience in the industry since joining in 2005. Prior to this role, Hultz contributed to the field of research and development at Cargill Turkey Products from 1991 to 2005. Hultz holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology/Biological Sciences from Cornell University, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Animal Sciences from The Ohio State University, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Animal Sciences from Purdue University.
