Alan Konevsky

Alan Konevsky is an accomplished legal and corporate executive with extensive experience in financial services and technology. Currently, Konevsky holds multiple positions at tZERO Group, Inc., including Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer, Board Secretary, and Interim Chief Executive Officer. In addition to roles at tZERO, Konevsky serves on the Board of Directors for Boston Security Token Exchange LLC and is a member of the DTCC Private Securities Executive Advisory Board. Konevsky's previous experience includes senior legal roles at Mastercard and Goldman Sachs, as well as tenure at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Konevsky holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an AB from Columbia College, and has pursued additional education at MIT Sloan School of Management and the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
