Taylor Boomer

Taylor Boomer is a seasoned contract specialist currently working at USAID since October 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a policy analyst at the National Security Policy Center and completing a global development policy and learning internship at InterAction. Taylor's background also encompasses an internship at the Federal Executive Institute and a role as a district executive with the Boy Scouts of America.
