Andrey Bilokonsky

Andrey Bilokonsky has an extensive career in the United States Air Force since December 2011, currently serving as IMA Service Senior Enlisted Leader and IMA Data Science Technician, along with various positions including Field Operations Manager and ISR Assessments Manager. Additional experience includes a role as a Data Scientist at GovCIO from January 2022 to October 2024, and as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin from May 2020 to January 2022. Earlier, Andrey worked as a pilot for Watercraft Operations at Walt Disney World in 2010. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Data Science from Regis University and a degree in Geospatial Sciences from Metropolitan State University of Denver, alongside an AS in Scientific Analysis Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
