Samantha Ponton-McAfee

Samantha Ponton-McAfee currently serves as the Director of Mental Health Counseling at Kaizen-PM LLC and holds the position of Unit Program Coordinator within the United States Air Force since September 2023. Previously, Samantha worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at FiscalNote and BenchSci, with the latter role transitioning to full-time employment after a contract period. Samantha also gained experience as the Chief Executive Assistant for Squared Away and as a Program Coordinator for the U.S. House of Representatives, where coordination of internal trainings for 22,000 employees was a key responsibility. Samantha's military background includes service in Security Forces with the United States Air Force from February 2013 to February 2018. Samantha is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, set to graduate in May 2024, and holds an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the Community College of the Air Force.
