Jennifer Gorman

Jennifer Gorman is a Policy Intern at the U.S. Climate Alliance since September 2024, following a five-year tenure at Strategen as a Business Development Manager and Consultant. At Strategen, Jennifer was a key liaison among the consulting, sales, and marketing teams, responsible for strategic proposal development and partner coordination while also producing reports on clean energy and creating analytical models to support a just transition for fossil fuel workers. Previous experiences include roles as a Senior Analyst, Analyst, and Research Affiliate at the Joint BioEnergy Institute, where Jennifer focused on enzyme production and lignin breakdown, as well as research positions at Occidental College and Caltech, emphasizing synthetic and analytical chemistry. Currently pursuing a Master's of Public Policy at UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Public Policy Analysis from the University of California, Berkeley.
