Bo Baird

Bo Baird is an experienced industrial design professional with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Western Washington University. Currently serving as an Industrial Design Intern at Arc Boat Company since December 2022, Bo has previously interned at Zero Motorcycles Inc., contributing to design decision making for a new motorcycle platform. Additional experience includes roles as a Ski Boat Driver and Watersports Coach at Young Life, where over 200 hours were spent teaching wakeboarding and water skiing, and various technical positions at WWU Racing and WWU ID Shop. Bo's early career also includes youth ministry and guiding watercraft rentals, demonstrating a diverse skill set and commitment to effective teaching and safety.
