Arthur Dizon is an experienced professional in customs and international trade, currently serving as a WCO Technical & Operational Advisor on Post Clearance Audit at the World Customs Organization since January 2017. With a career spanning over three decades, Arthur Dizon has held various significant roles, including Regulatory Auditor at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Manager for Customs & International Trade at Deloitte Tax LLP, and Customs Consultant for the Philippine Bureau of Customs through USAID. Arthur Dizon's previous experience also includes positions such as Country Manager for Customs & International Trade at PwC and Customs Administrator at General Motors. Academically, Arthur Dizon holds a Professional Program in Business, Financial Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business, a Master of Accounting degree in Federal Taxation from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines.
