John Mills-Hearne

John Mills-Hearne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in logistics, maintenance, and program analysis within military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Costwise Readiness at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, John oversees the logistics and maintenance of over 200 aircraft. A Senior Master Sergeant in the US Air Force Reserve since 2004, John has been recognized for audit excellence, receiving the 2022 CIGIE award for significant contributions to the DoD Inspector General. Previous roles include logistic analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, program analyst within the Department of Defense, and project manager at Kastle Systems. John holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Homeland Security from Liberty University and multiple associate and bachelor's degrees in Resource Management and Maintenance Production Management from esteemed institutions.
