Jeff Claunch

Jeff Claunch has over two decades of experience in IT leadership, currently serving as the Director of Data Center Hosting Services Division and previously as Director of Systems Engineering Division at the USDA since May 2001. In these roles, Jeff Claunch manages a division with over 80 technical staff members at the National Information Technology Center (NITC), focusing on providing federal customers with cloud hosting solutions that generate significant revenue and cost savings. Prior positions include Chief of the Open Systems Branch, Lead Enterprise Architect, and Lead Unix Systems Administrator, contributing to advanced cloud services and UNIX/Linux administration. Jeff Claunch's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Emporia State University, along with training at the Federal Executive Institute.
