Patrick Moylan Pmp

Patrick Moylan MBA PMP has extensive experience in operations management across various organizations. Currently serving as Operations Director at USDA since March 2021, Patrick previously held the position of Director of Operations at the Plum Island Animal Disease Center from May 2019 to March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Operations and Program Manager for the US Government from 2005 to March 2021, overseeing research facility operations and maintenance. Additionally, Patrick was a Senior Technical Specialist and Project Manager at Brookhaven National Laboratory from November 1990 to September 2005. Early in their career, Patrick served in the US Navy from 1985 to 1989. Patrick holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy and a BS in Mechanical Design from SUNY Empire State College, completed between 2001 and 1999.
