Roxanne Baskett

Roxanne Baskett is a dynamic and innovative leader currently serving as the Deputy Chief Learning Officer at the USDA since May 2022, responsible for leading and managing comprehensive talent management programs for over 100,000 employees across 29 agencies. Previously, Roxanne held the position of Branch Chief at USDA-APHIS and served as a Leadership and Organization Development Specialist at the United States Department of Defense. Roxanne also has extensive experience in training and development from positions at DHS/TSA and United Airlines. Roxanne holds a Master's degree in Instructional Technology and Human Resources Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. Additional advanced education includes programs at George Mason University and WashU at Brookings.
