Madeline Seelig is currently a Science and Technology Intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, having started in June 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Opinions Editor, News Editor, Crime and Courts Reporter, and Politics Reporter at The Daily Collegian from October 2021 to December 2024, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team of reporters, editing articles, and creating editorial cartoons. Additionally, Madeline worked as a Research Assistant at Penn State Research, collaborating with Dr. Aaron Pincus on studies related to psychopathology and interpersonal dynamics, and as a Business Development & Capture Intern at CACI International Inc. Previous experience also includes a role as a Senior Sales Associate/Key Holder at Hallmark Cards. Madeline is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a concurrent major in Psychology and Security and Risk Analysis at Penn State University, expected to graduate in 2025.
