Ricardo Torres

Ricardo Torres is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing complex web applications and custom SharePoint solutions, particularly for the U.S. Army. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at the U.S. Department of the Treasury since February 2019, Ricardo is part of a Modernization team focused on creating next-generation software systems for the IRS. Previous roles include Sr. Software Developer and SharePoint Solutions Developer at DSA, where Ricardo designed and developed applications, and similar positions at Link Solutions, Inc. and Computer Sciences Corporation, contributing significantly to projects supporting the US Army Public Health Command. Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Universidad de Puerto Rico and a degree in Law Enforcement from the Police Academy of Puerto Rico.
