Amanda Klausmeier

Amanda Klausmeier is an experienced UX/UI Lead at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since June 2023, previously serving as a Senior Experience Designer at FM Global. Amanda's expertise includes end-to-end experience design for websites and enterprise software, informed by a strong foundation in user research. Prior roles include Designer (CX) at California Casualty Management Company, focused on CX Design and branding consistency, and various graphic design positions at PaperDirect, The Colorado Springs Gazette, and Chronicle Newspapers. Amanda holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Sociology from Fort Hays State University and an Associate of Science in Visual Communications, Web Design and Development from Colorado Technical University.
