Dylan Tepper

Dylan Tepper is a Biomedical Engineer at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since May 2024. Previously, Dylan served as a Process Engineer at Zeda (formerly PrinterPrezz / Vertex Manufacturing) from 2020 to 2024, optimizing Binder Jet printing processes and designing efficient workflows for surgical tools. Dylan's experience also includes a role as a Senior Field Applications Engineer at Flex in 2019, where contributions to 3D printing services resulted in significant savings and profit. As an In-Space Operations Engineer at Made In Space, Inc. from 2014 to 2019, Dylan coordinated with NASA on payload operations for the International Space Station and worked on the development of 3D printing designs for space. Earlier experience includes a position as a Mechanical Engineer at Made In Space and an Advanced Manufacturing Co-op at Elo TouchSystems in 2012. Dylan holds a Master's degree in Additive Manufacturing and Design from Penn State World Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Pacific.
