Kim Bielicki

Kim Bielicki serves as a Health System Specialist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, focusing on enhancing healthcare accessibility and experience for Veterans through the integration of Human Centered Design principles and connected technologies. With a diverse background in healthcare innovation, program analysis, and financial management, Kim has held multiple roles including Innovation Specialist and Care Coordination Manager. Prior to the VA, Kim worked in customer service and account management at Continental Airlines and Champion Air. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Innovation at the University of Florida Innovation Academy.
