Steven Bhutra

Steven Bhutra, MD, currently serves as an Interventional Pain Physician at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since August 2024. Prior to this role, Steven worked as an Interventional Pain Management Physician at Capitol Pain Institute from September 2021 to August 2024. Steven completed a Pain Medicine Fellowship at the University of Virginia Health System from July 2020 to July 2021 and underwent Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Washington - School of Medicine from July 2017 to July 2020. Steven began medical training with an internship in Internal Medicine at Advocate Health Care from July 2016 to June 2017. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine (2012-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Stanford University (2008-2012).
