Nicholas Skarzynski

Nicholas Skarzynski is an Operations Research Analyst at the U.S. Energy Information Administration since January 2016, previously holding the position of General Engineer. From September 2013 to May 2015, Nicholas served as a Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, where responsibilities included supporting undergraduate courses in Reaction Engineering, Process Controls, and Thermodynamics I, as well as a graduate course in Meteorology. Nicholas earned a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2015 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2013. Prior to these academic roles, Nicholas worked as a Runner/Warehouse Assistant at New England Book Auctions from July 2008 to June 2013, providing various support during auctions.
