Federico Salcedo

Federico Salcedo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international relations, development assistance, and program management. Currently serving as the LATAM Regional Ethanol Consultant for the U.S. Grains Council since September 2022, Federico previously held key roles including Senior International Assistance Officer at Global Affairs Canada, where responsibilities included implementing a CAD$300M development assistance program in Colombia. Additional experience includes serving as a Program Development Officer for USAID-OTI, a Political Specialist at the U.S. Department of State, and roles with the International Organization for Migration and Friedrich Ebert Foundation. Federico holds a Master of Applied Leadership and Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Government and International Affairs from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
