Katarina Morgan is currently serving as a Health Policy Fellow at the U.S. House of Representatives within the Committee on Energy and Commerce and concurrently as a Health Policy Fellow for the DAVID A WINSTON HEALTH POLICY FELLOWSHIP since June 2023. Prior to these roles, Katarina worked as an Oral Health Policy Fellow at Health Care For All, where collaboration with stakeholders aimed to expand access to dental care in Massachusetts. Katarina's experience also includes serving as a Student Outreach Liaison at the UCSF School of Dentistry Office of Admissions & Outreach and providing bilingual dental services as a Student Clinician at La Clínica de La Raza. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Spanish, and Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
