Matt Giacalone

Matt Giacalone is an experienced human resources leader with a diverse background in organizational development and management. Currently serving as the Vice President of People for the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team, Matt has held senior roles in various organizations, including Managing Director of Human Resources at VALKYRIE, Chief People Officer at KLAS, and Executive Consultant at The Ovid Groupe. Additionally, Matt was the Global Vice President of Learning and Development at Vertiv. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from California State University San Marcos.
