Carl Clottens

Carl Clottens is an experienced Attorney at Law specializing in Corporate and M&A at Eubelius since September 2004. In addition to legal practice, Carl serves as a Visiting Professor of Company Law and Corporate Governance at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven's Brussels campus, where Carl has been teaching since September 2005. Carl also contributes to the academic community as a Visiting Professor of International M&A at Universiteit Antwerpen and is part of the editorial board for the Tijdschrift voor Rechtspersoon en Vennootschap since 2005. Carl holds a PhD in Law from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and has completed a licentiate in Law from the same university, along with an exchange program in Corporate and Economic Law at New York University School of Law.
