Kristen Sparkes is a seasoned professional in business process outsourcing with extensive experience in document technology solutions. Currently serving as the Business Process Outsource Manager at UBEO Business Services since August 2018, Kristen specializes in digital transformation, electronic content management, and print and mail fulfillment services. Prior to UBEO, Kristen worked at Ray Morgan Company as a Business Process Outsourcing Specialist from August 2011 to August 2018, providing comprehensive document technology solutions. Earlier experience includes key roles at Sharp Business Systems as a Business Technology Specialist/Major Account Manager and at Pinnacle Document Systems as an Account Manager.
