Mike Guerin

Mike Guerin is an experienced executive in data, analytics, and operational management with a strong track record in revenue growth and operational efficiency. Currently serving as Vice President of Data and Analytics and previously as Vice President of Services - West Region at UBEO Business Services since January 2019, Mike has held key leadership roles at multiple companies, including Ray Morgan Company, Zoom Imaging Solutions, and 1st Home Reconstruction Inc. Mike's expertise encompasses full P&L responsibility, field service leadership, and strategic operations management, highlighted by significant revenue increases and operational margin improvements. Mike's foundational experience includes roles in divisional finance and operations as well as military service in the United States Air Force. Mike holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Eastern New Mexico University and has an extensive background in both the private sector and military operations.
