Kaylah McDougall

Kaylah McDougall has extensive experience in sales operations and management, currently serving as Territory Lead for New England at Uber since November 2018. In this role, Kaylah McDougall oversees the US/C Outbound Sales Operations & Enablement team, focusing on enterprise and SMB restaurant acquisition as well as onboarding and training for over 500 commercial team members. Prior to Uber, Kaylah McDougall held various positions at BT Financial Group from December 2012 to July 2018, including Team Manager for BT Advice, where responsibilities included leading a team to support over 400 advisers and developing a new advice blueprint. Kaylah McDougall also has a background in business analysis and client relations, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from Queensland University of Technology and a financial planning certification from Kaplan Professional.
