Necmi Mercan

Necmi Mercan possesses extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly in tunnel construction and project management. Current position as Tünel kısım şefi at UBM ULUSLARARASI BİRLEŞMİŞ MUSAVIRLER MUSAVIRLIK HIZMETLERİ A.Ş since January 2021 follows roles including Şantiye şefi at KEREMS MADENCİLİK and kısım şefi at Yertaş İnşaat during the Dudullu Bostancı metro project. Previous positions include overseeing tunnel projects in Trabzon and serving as Kontrol Mühendisi for the Ankara Sivas High-Speed Train Project. Education includes a degree in Geology and Soil Sciences from Karadeniz Technical University, completed in 2000.
