Dan Mason

Dan Mason is an experienced recruitment professional with a focus on contractor recruitment and lifecycle management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Legacy Credit Suisse Contractor Recruitment & CWR Management at UBS since September 2024, Dan leads talent acquisition for the legacy global Credit Suisse non-permanent workforce. Prior roles include Director positions at Credit Suisse where Dan managed global contractor programs and contractor recruitment, as well as roles at BNP Paribas and UBS. Dan’s extensive background in recruitment also includes significant experience with notable firms such as Hudson and Robert Walters, complemented by an education from the University of the West of England and Felsted.
