Didem Dincer Baser is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Internal Consulting for the Americas at UBS's Group Transformation Office, Didem previously held multiple executive positions at Garanti BBVA, including Chief Talent and Culture Officer, Chief Digital Officer, and Head of Consumer Banking Business Line. Didem's career also includes experience as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. Didem holds a Master of Science in Management and Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
