Dileepa Karunadasa

Dileepa Karunadasa has extensive experience in asset management technology and regulatory governance, currently serving as the EMEA Lead at UBS since June 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing client operations and regulatory matters as Chief Digital and Information Officer. Prior to UBS, Dileepa worked at RBS Markets & International Banking from September 2007 to April 2012, managing significant integration programs in FICC, FX, and Hybrids, demonstrating adept leadership in complex transfers and consolidations. Earlier experience at Barclays Capital from March 1997 to August 2007 involved directorial roles in collateral systems, product control, and derivatives. Dileepa began their career as a programmer at Cedel (ClearStream) in 1996. Dileepa holds an MEng in Software Engineering with Management and Information Systems from Imperial College London and A Levels in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Latymer Upper School.
