Ed Pilkington

Ed Pilkington has over 25 years of experience in IT, specializing in mainframe software services and engineering. Since 2001, Ed has held various leadership roles at UBS, including Head of Mainframe Software Services and z/OS Engineering Team Leader. Prior experience includes consulting for Unicible, focusing on Y2K remediation, and positions at Sanlam and BMW South Africa as an IT Engineer and Freelance IT Consultant, respectively. Ed began a career at Telkom as a Mainframe Systems Programmer, contributing significantly to the field throughout multiple organizations.
