Joan Ong

Joan Ong has significant experience in client onboarding within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Deputy, Client Onboarding Controls at UBS since July 2024, Joan previously held the position of Deputy Team Lead, Client Onboarding Formalities at Credit Suisse from November 2018 to June 2024. Joan has also worked at UBS as Team Lead for Cosima Onboarding from September 2017 to November 2018, and at Citi as Assistant Manager from August 2014 to September 2017. Earlier roles include Assistant Service Manager at Maybank for a brief period in 2014 and Senior Officer at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) from September 2010 to April 2014.
