Jordan Boyd

Jordan Boyd serves as an Executive Director at UBS since November 2024, bringing extensive legal and regulatory experience from previous roles, including a secondment to Credit Suisse while at Dentons Kensington Swan. Prior to these positions, Jordan held the title of Director at Credit Suisse, focusing on the Federal Reserve's enhanced prudential standards. Jordan also worked as a Vice President and Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law and provided legal counsel at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, specializing in financial services regulation and reform. Early career experience includes soliciting at Chapman Tripp and tutoring at Victoria University of Wellington. Jordan holds a Master of Laws from New York University School of Law and dual Bachelor degrees in Laws and Political Science from Victoria University of Wellington.
