Katrin Koch

Katrin Koch serves as the Head of Group Governance at UBS since December 2024, previously holding significant governance roles at TwentyFour Asset Management LLP as a Member of the Board of Directors and Vontobel as Head of Corporate Development. With a longstanding career at UBS from 1998 to 2019, Katrin progressed through various leadership positions, including Group Managing Director roles and Chief of Staff to the Group CEO. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Consultant at Price Waterhouse Management Consulting and completing an apprenticeship at Baden-Württembergische Bank. Educational achievements include an MBA in International Management from Hochschule Pforzheim and a European Business Certificate from London South Bank University, alongside studies at Saïd Business School and INSEAD.
